"Studying at CIB has been a very inspiring experience for me. The level of professionalism, creativity, and passion that the instructors bring to every class is truly exceptional. The program goes far beyond learning recipes — it teaches you to think differently about food, health, technique, and the craft of cooking.

The environment is supportive, innovative, and full of energy. You're constantly encouraged to experiment, grow, and push your own boundaries. I left with not only new skills, but with a new way of understanding food and a strong sense of confidence as a chef.

"My experience at this culinary school has been truly outstanding. The instructors are highly skilled chefs who explain techniques clearly and patiently, and who have a huge passion for cooking. I appreciated the balance between theory and hands-on practice, which helped me gain real confidence in the kitchen. I learned not only kitchen skills but also various techniques and subjects related to the culinary field, which helped me gain clearer direction for my future. I learned things far beyond what I expected, gaining advanced skills that exceeded my initial goals. The classes were well-structured, the equipment was modern and professional, and the overall learning environment was positive and motivating. One of the things that makes this school especially special is the trips and excursions, which are both educational and a lot of fun. Another amazing aspect is the opportunity to communicate and work together with people from all around the world who have different levels of experience. I feel that my cooking skills have improved significantly, and I'm grateful for the support and guidance I received. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to build a strong foundation in culinary arts."

"Being a Ciber is definitely one of the proudest thing to be , i've did 3 courses in the school and they were incredible, it's the best journey in my life , this school has made me think in a different way about the culinary world , and it will definitely will be the best school in the world , they follow a different perspective of what being a chef is , you are not a follower in the school you're definitely a leader . the staff were so supportive in every way possible they make you feel comfortable. it's not a school for me it's my second home ."

"As someone who has experienced a traditional culinary school and worked in professional kitchens, I found that CIB offers a fresh perspective compared to classic culinary schools. Their innovative and future-focused approach to education was something I really appreciated. Most of the instructors were excellent, not only knowledgeable but also passionate about teaching and truly supportive of their students. Their guidance and insights made a huge impact on my learning experience, and I genuinely enjoyed their classes. Also, one of the best parts of my time at CIB was meeting people from all over the world. Connecting with classmates from different cultural backgrounds and learning together was incredibly inspiring. Through these experiences and the amazing lessons from my instructors, I gained a lot of inspiration and felt significant personal growth."

I am currently enrolled in the Grand Diploma Chef program, which includes the Haute Cuisine Chef Diploma, Advanced Culinary Techniques, and Executive Chef Diploma.

On August 1st, 2025, I successfully completed the PCAC 251 Haute Cuisine Chef course and had the honor of being awarded Cibest (best in class). This achievement is the result of hard work, dedication, and the constant support of an outstanding faculty and management team.

CIB provides top-quality education, with high-level content and an inspiring international environment where you learn from students from all over the world 🌍

"Estudiar en el CIB ha sido, sin duda, una de las etapas más felices e inspiradoras de mi vida. Acabo de terminar el curso de Chef de Alta Cocina, y cuando comencé hace 8 meses, llegué con la ilusión de aprender sobre técnica y producto y me encontré con una formación integral que va mucho más allá. Aquí no sólo se aprende a cocinar: se forma al cocinero y al emprendedor, al pensador crítico y al ser humano. Desde nutrición, historia, seguridad alimentaria hasta análisis sensorial, toma de decisiones, trabajo en equipo, storytelling, periodismo gastronomico y mucha más...cada asignatura está pensada para prepararte de forma real y profunda para el mundo de la gastronomía actual. Quiero agradecer a mis profesores por su calidad profesional y humana. Y a todo el equipo y staff de la escuela, gracias por vuestra pasión, entrega y por crear un entorno donde se nota que no sólo se enseña a cocinar sino a ser mejores personas. El CIB deja huella, y para mi siempre será un hogar."

"Hemos vivido la experiencia PCAC 252, curso de alta cocina en el año 2025. Ha sido una verdadera suerte el tener la oportunidad de compartir éste año con unos compañeros (y amigos) tan maravillosos. Hemos podido disfrutar de diversas clases que engloban técnicas diversas y su aplicación, salidas de campo para conocer mejor el producto y su producción, gastronomías de todo el mundo, gestión de negocios gastronómicos,... Y qué decir del equipo del propio CIB... tanto el administrativo, como el docente, como el encargado de mantener el CIB... han sido un equipo verdaderamente TOP. Siempre ayudando y atentos por dar lo mejor de sí mismos. Gracias por éste año, ¡ojalá lo pudiera repetir!."
